I am experienced with working with people who have weight problems to help them manage their weight through talking about the cause of the problem, eating healthily through devising practical diet plans and through using exercise.
Career Counselling to Help You Find the Right Vocation for You
I have also worked with young people and adults to help them find the right career pathway. This service involves career counselling, interview practice and CV writing. To date the service has 100% success in enabling people to get the jobs or university places (Oxford University and medical schools), which they apply for.
I have been employed by Schools to work with children from the age of 4 years old, adolescents, school groups on health education and also with school staff.
Eating disorder service
A tailored program to suit the needs of each client. Previous clients have benefited from a structured weekly program consisting of counselling, a diet plan by a local dietician (in the client’s area), attending a local support group, physical health checks with the GP, and where appropriate an exercise plan with a local personal trainer.
This service has been used with clients with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge eating disorder and obesity.

I also offer one to one and group supervision for counsellors / psychotherapists in training, experienced therapists, health professionals and social workers.
I have a postgraduate certificate in supervision from the British psychological society. My style is integrative, with a focus on developing a personal philosophy of therapy. I has a special interest in working with young people and with those suffering from eating disorders.
I am also able to support a supervisee in developing their career, helping them with accreditation applications, and supporting those who wish to become supervisors themselves.
